Mentor-led project

Space governance and macrostrategy

There are various projects possible. I'm particularly interested in anything related to Dyson swarms at the moment, as I believe they might be possible shortly after the intelligence explosion. Projects might include: - designing policies or governance frameworks for solar panels in heliocentric orbit - mapping current actors to future capabilities to figure out who might be a first mover - building out scenarios for Dyson swarm construction - mapping different scenarios for AI development to Dyson swarms You would work closely with me on this and I'll provide lots of resources.

I'm also interested in the following topics and we can discuss projects related to them: - directed panspermia - asteroids/ planetary defence - asteroid mining law and policy - interstellar travel - governance of galactic civilisation (longtermism EV) - cosmic threats
