If you've heard of, or regularly enjoy, products from Kite Hill, Impossible, Eat Just, Ripple, and many more, I commercialized and scaled into full scale manufacturing their initial products for nationwide retail launch. I believe in transforming the food & ag systems via alt protein. By reducing reliance on animal ag products, we can have a huge impact. AI adoption allows us to do this faster all along the value chain. I do not have the most technical depth of AI development and implementation, but I have great experience bringing new technology and products to the marketplace. For this program, I believe I can provide the strongest guidance in areas of entrepreneurship, market analysis, product dev strategy, operationalization. My first principles approach will help you start with the correct foundation.
